I would definitely recommend Sunset Kia if Sarasota and Dan Guthrie, my sales agent. I had been dealing with another car dealership & not had a good experience. They added almost $11,000 in additional fees which had not been disclosed. Dan and Kia were up front with their fees, much less than other dealerships. There were no vehicles with the model and color I had wanted, and they went above and beyond to locate one and in much less time than anticipated. If you are in the market for a vehicle, definitely go see my friend, Dan Guthrie at Sunset Kia of Sarasota. More

Dan the salesman at Kia was exceptional in helping us to find the right car to suit our needs. He was very courteous at all times and very knowledgeable in the car that we chose to buy , which was a Telluri find the right car to suit our needs. He was very courteous at all times and very knowledgeable in the car that we chose to buy , which was a Telluride EX. Dan even set up the car for us and paired our phones to get all the media functions in the car working perfectly and set the tire pressures at the correct amount, as on the test drive they were a little high.. We could not have asked more. Dan is an absolute credit to the Kia dealership. I also would like to mention Anthony the sales manager , who was also extremely helpful both in completing and helping us understand all the paperwork for the cash sale transaction. We had a great experience with both of these guys. Highly recommended. More

I made an appointment several weeks ago, for routine service. I arrived at 10 am, as scheduled, and sat in the waiting room. After an hour and a quarter, I checked outside, to see if my car was up service. I arrived at 10 am, as scheduled, and sat in the waiting room. After an hour and a quarter, I checked outside, to see if my car was up on the lift. No, it was still in the parking lot. I was told, "It's in the queue." No explanation for the delay.
