They came out with a 25% interest rate even with decent credit. To get a lower interest rate I had to co-sign. While discussing numbers they already acted annoyed with how late it was getting. They "accidentally" added warranties twice when showing me numbers at first which led me to thinking I was getting a good deal. I said I'm still unsure maybe I should come back tomorrow and he said I would hate for you to miss out on this car... Eventually we settled on a price as we were signing we were not handed papers he scrolled fast on a plexiglass screen for where to sign but we were never told there was "no cooling off period" as they put in the contract hidden farther away from the signatures. They also told me my insurance shouldn't go up much and it doubled. My pay was cut because of covid so the numbers I signed for ended up not coming through. I was not able to check on work or insurance because it was almost 9:30 after hours when pressured into signing. I brought it back the very next morning explaining all of this and they were extremely rude and mocking me when I brought up all the reasons I needed out of the contract. I'm a young first time buyer and they acknowledged this saying they were going to help me more because of this but really they just want your money. I knew going in car dealerships were shady but this place is awful. More

Sunset KIA has, in my opinion, always provided exceptional service at every level, from the mechanics to the Service personnel and the Salesmen & women. The Service Manager went out of his way to leave his area of work necessitated by the Covid-9 when he couldn't contact me by phone to let me know I had a brake light bulb out & if I wanted it replaced or not! Awesome service! I had to go for my 15,000 mile check during the COVID-19 crisis. First of all, the way they handled sanitization and cleanliness was amazing- before I even gave them my keys! They had a whole separate waiting area in the building where the salesman usually were. The air conditioning was on and it was really cold and I asked them to turn it down which they did. My car was spotless when returned, they didn’t try to sell me anything and the lady who worked customer service was phenomenal in answering all my questions. I asked her to look for a product that I needed for my car and she did that and told me that it was after market. It’s not often that you hear a dealership recommend that you go somewhere else to buy a product.I highly recommend this dealership. More
