They came out with a 25% interest rate even with decent credit. To get a lower interest rate I had to co-sign. While discussing numbers they already acted annoyed with how late it was getting. They "accidentally" added warranties twice when showing me numbers at first which led me to thinking I was getting a good deal. I said I'm still unsure maybe I should come back tomorrow and he said I would hate for you to miss out on this car... Eventually we settled on a price as we were signing we were not handed papers he scrolled fast on a plexiglass screen for where to sign but we were never told there was "no cooling off period" as they put in the contract hidden farther away from the signatures. They also told me my insurance shouldn't go up much and it doubled. My pay was cut because of covid so the numbers I signed for ended up not coming through. I was not able to check on work or insurance because it was almost 9:30 after hours when pressured into signing. I brought it back the very next morning explaining all of this and they were extremely rude and mocking me when I brought up all the reasons I needed out of the contract. I'm a young first time buyer and they acknowledged this saying they were going to help me more because of this but really they just want your money. I knew going in car dealerships were shady but this place is awful. More
