John gets 5 stars being an awesome salesperson!! But they took the Mercedes and offered a rental which we declined as it was only going to be a few days. We were told we’d get an estimated completion d they took the Mercedes and offered a rental which we declined as it was only going to be a few days. We were told we’d get an estimated completion date by Monday. After texting on both Monday & Tuesday, we finally went in on Wednesday and learned they wont have my new car ready until this upcoming Monday. I didn’t want to push service but it would have been nice to know when we could expect the car at the time the rental was offered. Especially considering we were literally pushed to sign on the new car and hand over the keys to my Mercedes that night. Like I said though, I really like John. But I don’t like (at all) how we were “handled” afterwards. The finance guy (with whom we signed the papers) was great and the front desk administrator was super sweet and professional. When the lousy vending machines ate our coins, she brought out a handful. Excellent customer service!!!! On your rating options below, I’d recommend posting pictures as buying a car can be a grueling experience and you don’t always remember names, especially after being at the dealership until closing. More
