Most of the service visit went great. I was asked if I had any special plans for Thanksgiving, I said I was taking a trip to see family and then was given guilt trip about doing so. Then my tires were und had any special plans for Thanksgiving, I said I was taking a trip to see family and then was given guilt trip about doing so. Then my tires were under inflated. The door says tires should be 34 but they were deflated to 29. When I called about it I was told my gauges in the car were likely off, and to measure with an actual tire gauge. So I bought an actual tire gauge and found that the cars electronic gauges were spot on, the tires were 5psi under what they should be. At that point it was easier to just get air from a gas station. Overall they were good, but those two things were disappointing. More

Happy with experience..was upset when bought car because finance guy told us we had to buy warantee to get hapo loan.
