We're sorry to hear that you didn't get the price you were expecting when you came to the dealership. The last thing Sunset Auto Family wants to do is make people think they're getting a better deal than they end up with. However, this claim is very worrisome to us, because our online service scheduler doesn't usually provide a price, especially one that would say "$0" -- was this actually the case, or did the scheduler say "Ask Advisor" in the price line? That is how our schedulers are currently set to respond, and if something different happened with your experience, we have a problem that we need to fix. We are not trying to dispute your claim, we're just worried that this "$0" issue would replicate for other customers or during your next visit, and want to make sure to avoid that. We appreciate your feedback and your time.
