The sales department and the salesman were very helpful and we had a great experience with them. The Finance Department was really not very helpful after rewriting a sale for a vehicle that was never deli and we had a great experience with them. The Finance Department was really not very helpful after rewriting a sale for a vehicle that was never delivered in getting the original vehicle and KMF to cancel the contract and activate the new one. They made a nightmare out of a situation by using the wrong sales date and were not very helpful in resolving it. I found myself doing their job with KMF and it took constant contact by me for 2 months to resolve the issue. So far the Service Department has been great. More
