This particular visit the company took too long for a simple oil change knowing we had an appointment for both of my Kia vehicles. Which happen to be the same model different colors, there was a mix up simple oil change knowing we had an appointment for both of my Kia vehicles. Which happen to be the same model different colors, there was a mix up of getting a text that my car was ready which turned out it wasn’t. Your dealership mixed up our vehicles & the oil change took longer than anticipated. Things happen but we did not appreciate the delays. We have a red Kia Optima and a silver Kia Optima we bring into regular service every 3,000 miles. There should not be any difficulties distinguishing between the two vehicles every time it is brought in for regular maintenance service, Thank you More
