The oil change process was business as usual however we experienced quite a bit of a mishap due to lack of safety precautions taken at your facility. My two year old decided to touch the glass of the fire experienced quite a bit of a mishap due to lack of safety precautions taken at your facility. My two year old decided to touch the glass of the fireplace in the lobby resulting in an emergency room visit and a little over two week healing period. She received first and second degree burns to the hand. I do hope that a incident report was filed from the employees to have this report on file. More
