Price was higher than told over the phone, would have been fine with it if I didn't sell this ticket myself. Came in for basic maintenance plus having battery evaluated for replacement. Maintenance was done quickly and well. Evaluation of the battery dragged on for hours. Tests were twice or thrice dependin evaluated for replacement. Maintenance was done quickly and well. Evaluation of the battery dragged on for hours. Tests were twice or thrice depending on who I talked to. Because it was a new battery that wouldn’t hold a charge, they had to,”make sure.” After five hours of being strung along I received a replacement battery. I had a trickle charger on the battery to help me start the car. It was reinstalled after the battery replacement, polarity reversed. Apparently your battery replacer doesn’t comprehend positive or negative or red and black. More

Got the car I wanted but paid the price of getting it at Kia. Over promise under deliver and misled pretty much sums it up. Starting from Low ball trade in to price of vehicle. Couldn't get the advertised Kia. Over promise under deliver and misled pretty much sums it up. Starting from Low ball trade in to price of vehicle. Couldn't get the advertised warranty on thier vehicles they sell. Paid high on extended warranty. Was promised to get my Maintenance B reset on my car that was showing over due for over 107 days but when attempting to bring my car to have it reset, was told that they could not do it, or no one there knew how to do it and the service manager said to bring it to Mercedes. Was supposed to get an additional key made at cost price, again, was told they could not do it and to bring it to Mercedes. Financed guy got me for $500 adding it ontop of the negotiated sale price and when ask about it, he said that additional cost was for the security feature or something they add on all of their vehicles they sale there. That feature was not on any of the line items. The cost of the car just showed an of $500. That was may fault for overlooking the agreement contract. So basically I got finessed out of $500 and did not want to deal with trying to get it back. Last, I took my car to a Mercedes dealership as they suggested and found out the Mantinence B was never done on my car so I just paid over $600 to get it done and to get an additional key made and programmed, it will cost over $700. For this reason I am giving a 1 star. More
