Great customer service. Before covid, they even have shuttle service and dropping your car off at your house for you. Sadly, now you have to find your own ride back or wait. Since day one of my truck purchase , its been in and out the service . And still nothing has been fixed! But 160$ is taking from me for a service charge. Except for this last time i took it in. I had a good experience purchasing my car especially it being my first time. They walked me through everything and answered my 1000 questions! They were very patient with me and didn’t stop till they found being my first time. They walked me through everything and answered my 1000 questions! Which I totally understand they are car salesmen but I had brought my boyfriend for support and multiple people tried to get him involved to pay the extra that I was not willing to pay. Even after I explained that this is my car and no one else is involved. Just a little disrespectful. More
Service Center does not take care of their customers, they give you the run around and do not want to fix the problem! We have the regular warranties and extended warranty on our car and it only has 30,0000 miles on it and you tell me there is nothing we can do for you. We just want the noise fixed, we have already paid you $189.00 when we should not have and nothing was done! This is what a customer gets when they are loyal to Kia we have bought 6 cars with you we have been loyal where is your loyalty to the customer? Horrible horrible service center! More
