I’d like to add something unrelated to my service appointment. While walking around the lot looking at other vehicles on display I started really liking the new Seltos. It’s a much better looking car than my Niro. But then I see you add to all your vehicles a huge markup for the unnecessary (and unwanted) brake light add on you do, plus an insane markup for so called “demand.” This guarantees I won’t be buying a new car from there as having to negotiate on car prices is one of life’s worst experiences to start with, but when it’s all stuff that was added on by the dealer that makes it worse. I shouldn’t have to negotiate off a $4k markup for demand or that brake add on (neither of which add value to the car) if you want to make a sale. It’s just a money grab tactic and I think it reflects poorly on your business. But that’s just my 2 cents. It must work or lots of dealers wouldn’t do it. But I would buy from ones who don’t just on principal. Anyway, I wish you success, I just wanted to mention this. More

I contacted them earlier in the week about a new Kia Sorento. Brandon got back to me and I went there on Saturday for a scheduled test drive.
