Kia started off not good bcuz of the loaner car and I had to wait for the Warranty Dept. to get started but waiting was a good thing. My engine seized and and through all the waiting and stressed out everyth to wait for the Warranty Dept. to get started but waiting was a good thing. Was met as soon as I pulled in and informed any one at counter could help. Jennifer was with another customer so I was helped my someone else. I wish I could remember her name. She was awesome. They replaced my engine under warranty, we had some issues with it after but they were great at getting it fixed!
