I just wanna say THANK YOU TO JENNIFER AND STAFF!!! I originally scheduled to have my car serviced on my day off and planned to just wait at the service center. A few days prior to my appointment I was a originally scheduled to have my car serviced on my day off and planned to just wait at the service center. A few days prior to my appointment I was asked to cover my coworker's shift. So I was scrambling to find a ride to and from. I work in Tacoma live in Graham and the service location is Auburn. My appointment was at 8am and I start 7:30 in Tacoma. Jennifer went out of her way and helped me get into a loaner the day before my appointment! I just want to say I APPRECIATE YOU AND STAFF!!! Justin, Excellent Service, but we have only 8,250 miles on our van & was suppost to get serviced in 3,500 more miles but, our 90 days just ran out. So I want to keep us in our Unlimited Milage Wartanty pla on our van & was suppost to get serviced in 3,500 more miles but, our 90 days just ran out. Quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. Brandon P. , Erik and Sean(or shawn) went above and beyond to accommodate me and to get me approved for a vehicle that meets my needs . I drove in Brandon P. , Erik and Sean(or shawn) went above and beyond to accommodate me and to get me approved for a vehicle that meets my needs .
