Sunset was fabulous on resolving a problem with my 1yr old Outlander. The EV Battery charger shorted out and needed to be replaced. Though they had never heard if or knew of any problems with them and typ old Outlander. The EV Battery charger shorted out and needed to be replaced. Though they had never heard if or knew of any problems with them and typically wasn't under warranty. They contacted the manufacturer who agreed to replace at no charge. In just a few days it was totally resolved. Kudo's and many thanks, sighs of relief go to Sunset. More
