Slow and poor customer service. I dropped my car off for an oil change at 10:45 am and was told it would be ready for pickup at 12:45. I used my lunch break to pick up my vehicle, and when I came up to the an oil change at 10:45 am and was told it would be ready for pickup at 12:45. I used my lunch break to pick up my vehicle, and when I came up to the desk to check up on my car I was told it was done and needed to be brought to the front. I was told it would only be a few minutes. I waited about 40 minutes until I finally decided to ask what was taking so long only to walk Up to the front desk and be ignored by the staff for about 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. All in all I waited for almost 50 before getting my car back. I’d rather pay for an oil change and the service if it means I’ll get quality customer services. You won’t get that here. More

Was a pleasure to purchase this vehicle from you back in September of 2019. We moved to Montana in September of 2016 so when we were looking for a replacement for our 2013 Sorrento we knew that we were goin September of 2019. So when the Telluride came out I read a about them and was sold after all the reviews were so positive. I purchased my first diesel from Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner in 2007 so I was familiar with Sunset and there business practices. We love our Telluride and still get compliments about its ride, design and comfort. If we had to buy another vehicle to replace this one I'm sure it will be another Kia from Sunset Kia. More
