They didn't have the Crosstrek I was after so I started to leave. Then the "manager" came out and said he could get me one. After agreeing on a price, I put down $500 for a deposit to secure this car. A da to leave. Then the "manager" came out and said he could get me one. A day before the car was supposed to arrive I was informed by my salesperson that the "manager" said the price was now $1k higher! Said no way and asked for my deposit back. It took me several attempts and many weeks before the finally refunded my money. Typical shady dealership stay away! More
