The sale and finance process were quick and unbelievably easy. Joe Recker and the Service Team deserve commendation. It is clearly important to Joe that I am completely satisfied with the work that is done and that my questions are answered. I really appreciate Sam Nehme’s attention to detail and the Express Service for routine maintenance items. Patty Muehleisen always greets me with her warm smile and upbeat personality, which makes me feel welcome and valuable. Another friendly face is Raymond Johnson who never fails to acknowledge me and always stops to say Hi when he sees me. I chose the best dealership. Disappointed Scheduled a visit to test drive a used vehicle advertised online. Upon arrival was assigned a salesperson. Car was brought to the entrance for us. Rear area full of wood chips. A pair of tennis shoes lay on the floor. Muddy carpet, coffee spills on the council, and strong odor of spilled beer. Vehicle had an additional 1500 miles driven from posting online. Car drove well, deal was fair, could not get over the condition it was presented in. More

Great Experience! This is our ninth new car purchase and is by far the best experience we have had in a new car purchase. We are totally in love with our 2018 Crosstre This is our ninth new car purchase and is by far the best experience we have had in a new car purchase. We are totally in love with our 2018 Crosstrek and have every intention of this being our "forever" car, but if it turns out that we purchase another new car for whatever reason, I can say with all certainty, that it will be a Subaru and will be purchased at Webster Groves Subaru. Since our purchase three weeks ago, we had had numerous compliments on both the car and the color of the car. Just a few days ago and man approached me as I was getting into the car and asked if he could take a look at it. He said he had worked his whole life at Chrysler and had never seen such a good looking car. My 84 year old father is head over heels in love with the car and is desperately trying to talk my mother into trading their two Toyotas in for a Crosstrek. In just a few days I will be 60 years old and I have seriously never been more excited to get into a car and drive. It's just fun. Thanks Subaru! More
