CJ was great - There was a significant delay in Finance CJ was extremely helpful and had a high level of communication without being pushy. She did a great job of distracting us during the long delay in Finance department to complete the paperwork. Seems like that should have gone quickly given we were paying cash. It also appeared that cj’s sales manager was involved and supportive. I want to emphasize that CJ was on top of the process and was instrumental in making the deal process painless and assuring everything was ready to go on the day of picking up the vehicle. I don’t know the situation in Finance however that was the one area of improvement. More

Salesman was good but i am not satisfied with the finance The salesman Adam was great. He did wonderful job but in my case i did not get a good rate on my loan.On top of that i got loan from Huntington Bank w The salesman Adam was great. NO ONLINE OPTIONS!! I did not like this because they did not reveal anything related to the loan until i went there for the delivery. So i would say the sales guys are good but not the ones who take care of finance! More

Very disappointing I went in to have a remote start and siriusxm receiver put in. The starter was put in as requested, but the receiver was not, even though I was charg I went in to have a remote start and siriusxm receiver put in. The starter was put in as requested, but the receiver was not, even though I was charged for the install. I was even told the modular number was in the center console. When I got home the receiver was still in my seat. After I called they told me they had to order it. I reminded them that it was in my seat, they said the tech did not understand that and to come back and they would reimburse the install price. When I returned they told mine would not fit and I needed to order their $400 part. I was very disappointed in that they were not honest. And I have to figure out how to install a satellite receiver on my car. More
Customer since 2005. Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since t Have had this 2017 Outback for 18 months. Went in for six month oil change & tire rotation. Wanting my tires to last I asked for an alignment since there was no history of an alignment being done by previous owner and I would be putting close to 1800 miles on the car the following week and another 4000+ the first three months of 2019. Turned out front end was fine but the back end needed some adjusting. Nice to have peace of mind. More
