Good buying experience. I wanted to get a new Suburu with specific features and without others. The dealership and Mandy Bell worked closely to find me exactly what I was looking for and in an unbelievably quick time frame. The process was almost painless. The followup was terrific. The dealership itself was easy to get to. Parking and the extremely compact geography was a bit difficult but I understand that the powers that be are actively looking for larger quarters. More

This was the first buying experience I actually enjoyed from beginning to end. Jim, our salesman, was absolutely fantastic and made the experience what it was! He was so relatable, charming, and honest! I truly believe he cares more about the customer and their needs than merely selling a car. I have never met a car salesman like him. He made sure we were pleased and accommodated us every step of the way. He was honest and truthful and didn't just tell you what he thought you wanted to hear. Webster Subaru is very honest and will work with you to make you happy. Josh Lynn went over and beyond by putting 2 new tires on my car. Jim Carpenter was very thorough and humorous with the sale. He answered all my questions and made sure my car was ready for me. Adam Dicker explained every piece of paper I had to sign and answered any questions I had. I do recommend to my friends to buy their next car from here. Even though Raymond Johnson retired he still helped me to buy the car. He should get some commission too!!! More

Lond wait, but really nice people. I bought a new 2019 crosstrek. My step dad and I were there for 6 hours. If it wasn't for that they would get a higher rating. They said they were rea I bought a new 2019 crosstrek. My step dad and I were there for 6 hours. If it wasn't for that they would get a higher rating. They said they were really backed up, but when i looked around i saw alot of the employees just standing around there cubicles talking with one another. The people who were working and helping us and other people were realy nice and help fully. And i do love my new car. So over all i gave them a 3 out of 5. More
