He made sure to take great care of us while I was looking for my new car. He treated me like family and made sure to do everything possible to make me happy with my purchase. The only down side was that the car I wanted was hit in the lot before I could purchase it, and it took quite some time to get the car back while it was being repaired. Regardless, Jim made sure every flaw on the car was perfected before I got it and he was very nice and accepting of the terms I requested. Now that I have the car back, I am extremely happy with my purchase! More
