Best overall experience buying a car--new or pre-owned--EVER I worked with Jim in Pre-owned sales and Don in financing and was completely pleased in every way, Yes, I've heard some of the lines before about REAL I worked with Jim in Pre-owned sales and Don in financing and was completely pleased in every way, Yes, I've heard some of the lines before about REALLY caring to provide the best experience possible for the customer, but for the first time, I found this to be completely true. I really appreciated the extra mile everyone went to help me find the right car under somewhat difficult circumstances (my car was totaled, and I never intended to replace it). I felt that Jim sincerely cared about my safety and concerns with driving with elderly parents and their walkers, etc. I need a reliable car, but income is limited and I must be in shape and ready to go at a moment's notice when they need me. I feel confident in the car Jim helped me choose at a reasonable price. He and Don helped me with financing and getting a deal I was comfortable with. The only tiny disappointment I experienced was that the car was not as detailed and clean as I had hoped when I drove away, Outside looked great, but I'm admittedly very picky about the inside. I wished they had helped me out by reaching places that are hard for me to reach now and really getting it dusted and wiped down a bit better. Minor complaint in regards to the overall GREAT experience. Thank you, Webster Groves Subaru. I will recommend you to all my friends looking for new or pre-owned cars! More

Good deal on used Subaru outback I went in to look at and test drive a 6 cylinder 2011 outback. Jim Carpenter was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt I went in to look at and test drive a 6 cylinder 2011 outback. Jim Carpenter was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt any pressure. Since I'm leaving this review, I obviously bought the outback, but Jim made sure I was buying the right vehicle for me. The vehicle needed a new windshield. Jim made sure the replacement was in writing and Don Barker got it in to be worked on before I drove off with it, rather than having to make an appointment to have it replaced at a later time.
