Good deal on used Subaru outback I went in to look at and test drive a 6 cylinder 2011 outback. Jim Carpenter was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt any pressure. Since I'm leaving this review, I obviously bought the outback, but Jim made sure I was buying the right vehicle for me. The vehicle needed a new windshield. Jim made sure the replacement was in writing and Don Barker got it in to be worked on before I drove off with it, rather than having to make an appointment to have it replaced at a later time.
