It had been 16 years since I last bought a car, and I began searching more than a couple months back, checking out info on three models by different manufacturers and decided I wanted to stick with Subar began searching more than a couple months back, checking out info on three models by different manufacturers and decided I wanted to stick with Subaru. I contacted a near-by dealership, met with a salesman, test drove one of two models I was considering (though it was not the color I wanted). He said he would keep in touch. Didn't hear from him & I re-contacted him. Again, he said he would do some checking and get back to me. Again, never heard from him (& still haven't). So, I started contacting other area dealerships. Product Specialist Sean Sullivan of Sunset Hills Subaru informed they did have the model and color I wanted. From my initial contact with Sean, I was put at ease. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, affable, informative regarding the car and the processes, and he readily picked up when information was nearing the overwhelming arena for me. Salesman? Of course he is, and an excellent one, but he is also an excellent representative of the dealership's operations/services. From the delightful receptionist, to the finance representative, to the representative who gave me some tutorials a couple days later on the computerized features, to the other employees who, when they saw I was standing or waiting, inquired if I had been helped and did I need anything, the entire experience was immensely positive.
