Bill and Sunset Hills (formerly Webster Groves) have sold us two of our last three vehicles (the other was a not a Subaru). Bill sold us both and was straight forward and made things easy. Salesperson Adam Smith treated me like I was a pain in his backside from the beginning. Then when I had issues shortly after leaving the dealership he couldn’t be bothered with me and kept passing me off to service. Service refuses to fix one of the issues even though I’m still in their warranty window. Escalated to Service manager, used car manager and GM and no one will make it right. Called Subaru Customer Advocacy and Starlink who both have said they should not have sold it to me without this particular component being updated. This purchase through Sunset Hills Subaru has been a nightmare. They are clearly not worried about my safety on the road as the component that needs updated is an advertised safety feature. Currently sitting in service for 3+ hours with a very angry 6 year old because my vehicle has been hard pulling to right since I drive it off the lot. Tried to give them the opportunity to make this right before escalating to Subaru corporate and leaving this review but it fell on deaf and uncaring ears. More
