Warranty Issue I brought my car in for a warranty issue and the dealer would not run it through as a warranty claim. Oil changes for life You win I won’t be back. I have attempted 4 oil changes and have only been able to receive 2 due to scheduling. The last one took over 8 hours even t You win I won’t be back. I have attempted 4 oil changes and have only been able to receive 2 due to scheduling. The last one took over 8 hours even though we did a door buster when you opened. You will not schedule a time just the day. I will pay for oil changes and other services but not at Sunset dealerships to maintain my warranty. You are right not all Ford dealerships are the same. They could not reproduce the problem so i had to pay for a rental car and over $100 to find out that i would have to live with the problem until the u joints fell apart. I don't think they like using their lifetime powertrain warranty. More
