Complete lack of apathy, spent $2,800 friend dropped me off to pick up car and it wasn’t fixed right. Apparently as big Sunset is they don’t have loaners, no offer to help me in anyway to get back home. Ne More

Sunset Ford of Sumner does offer loaners, but recommends making a reservation as early ahead of your appointment as you can to secure availability. How could I have scheduled an error with the repair and had to leave my car? Your response shows exactly what I said, complete lack of apathy. Steve said you do NOT have loaner cars, he said this specifically. So now you’re saying you do? Did Steve lie or you? I left my car with you over a week, you were late with finishing the repair - said it would be done Wednesday and it wasn’t until Monday, how do I plan for you being late exactly? Clearly, customers are annoying to you and this is a leadership issue more then the team failing. Why wouldn’t you have called me before posting this reply?

We do have loaner vehicles, however, all of them were being used at the time. You did everything right, I only mentioned reservations to stress that loaners are in high demand and we cannot reliably guarantee them with that quick of a turnaround. I apologize if that came off as dismissive. Your business is important to us and we're sorry that we've fallen short in communicating that to you.

They are top notch. The only disappointment is 3% fee for using a credit card. Some cost are so high people use their credit card as a backup. For the dealer to request 3% when square only charges 1% is high More
