Complete lack of apathy, spent $2,800 friend dropped me off to pick up car and it wasn’t fixed right. Apparently as big Sunset is they don’t have loaners, no offer to help me in anyway to get back home. Ne off to pick up car and it wasn’t fixed right. Next day after they tightened the lose rattling that was VERY obvious I ironically followed a Kia loaner car to Sunset. The Kia dealer has loaners but not Sunset Ford. Customers are a annoying to the service employees and Scott had the apathy of Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. More

Scheduled a oil change and brake inspection online. Got there and lady to me the brake inspection would be $65. I asked if they were part of the routine inspection and she said not the one I scheduled. So there and lady to me the brake inspection would be $65. I asked if they were part of the routine inspection and she said not the one I scheduled. So I told her I just want the one that came with the oil change. She told me it would be 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and because I had scheduled the brake inspection she wouldn’t move me to quick lube. Same lady d’arènes annoyed I had a Kia with a Ford service plan. Took almost 3 hours. Horrible customer service. Going to Korum next time. My wife and I are about to start the search to replace her Ford Escape and that search will not include Sunset. More

I really appreciate the fast, efficient service for the oil change. I also needed a navigation update, for which I received verbal guidance to “go to the Ford website” and do it myself. I did go to the web oil change. I also needed a navigation update, for which I received verbal guidance to “go to the Ford website” and do it myself. I did go to the website, it wasn’t anything the service team couldn’t have done, using the cars vin # & modem #. There was no reason at all the service team couldn’t have helped me through that process. The opportunity for exemplary customer service was missed, intentionally...unfortunate. More
They are top notch. The only disappointment is 3% fee for using a credit card. Some cost are so high people use their credit card as a backup.
