Would of been 5 but with no ability to check my front & rear differentials and transfer case when getting a service I question the thinking behind that. I called and set up my appointment and it was 3 weeks out, which is understandable. I requested a rental car and I was told it could only be Monday through Friday. So I said ok made my appointment and then requested the rental car. I told them I would drop my car off the night before after work so they said they had to transfer me to an advisor to set it up. I said ok. I talked to the advisor and told her that I would need a rental car and my fiance would be dropping my car off after work. She then asked if he was a registered owner. I said yes and let her know he would be there at 1:30pm. 3 weeks later when my fiance took my car to drop it off there was no rental car avaliable for us. He called me and told me. I overheard an advisor named Crystal telling him because my car was in for a recall it was the customers responsibility to set up their rental car and that enterprise would not have a vehicle avaliable until after 3pm. I told my fiance to just take the car home since he still had to pick up our son. On my way home from work I tried to figure out which enterprise they use and instead decided it would be easier to just call the dealership. When I called I requested the number from the receptionist so I could make sure I had a rental car avaliable. I was told that I had to speak to an advisor. I explained how I had talked to an advisor 3 weeks ago and it was never set up. I then explained how I was told it was my responsibility to set it up, but if it's policy I guess I have to. I was then transferred to Crystal who as I mentioned had helped my fiance earlier. I was asking about the number to set up a rental car when she interrupted me and asked when my appointment was. So I told 8:15 tomorrow morning and I continued stating that my fiance had tried to drop the car off earlier and before I could finish explaining... she again cut me off and snapped at me stating as I told him earlier they won't have a vehicle until 3pm. To which I responded yes ma'am I understand that however I am on my way to drop off the vehicle and I would like to see if I can set one up since it's my responsibility. She again cut me off telling me it was the one one river rd, but that she could make the call for me. She did. Then upon arrival I waited a bit. Cameron was very helpful in helping me check my car in and told me Tammy would be assisting me. I watched as Tammy got my paperwork together informed me on my price and had eventually had me sign. They I was asking to wait in the waiting area. My appointment was at 8:15am the next day. I got no updates or info. At noon when I checked in I was informed my car would not be ready until 3 or 4 pm. At 4pm I was charged for another day on the rental. So after work I decided to head home. I was 5 min away from my house when I got the call my car was ready. The next day when I picked up my car I again was helped by Cameron.. I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that she was off, but she would be back Monday morning. He asked if something was wrong. So I explained. He was very kind and considerate! If I could just rate him it would definitely be 5 stars! On Monday I called the manager Michelle and she as well was very helpful and kind! 5 stars for her as well! She listened to my story and I truly felt she understood my frustration. Thank you Michelle and Cameron!!! More
A/C unit went out. Took it in under warranty and it got fixed but took almost 10 days. Also had oil change and tires rotated. Hello. I brought my 2012 Explorer in to have a coolant leak repaired. I brought it I’m the first week of April. After ordering my parts twice and keeping my car for an entire month, I finally got my car b leak repaired. I brought it I’m the first week of April. After ordering my parts twice and keeping my car for an entire month, I finally got my car back. During that time I called 3 times looking for information and did finally receive a call from the department letting me know that my parts had been delivered damaged. After that I received another message that my party had arrived yet again damaged. As this is my only car this put a certain amount of stress on myself and my wife. I was not offered a loaner or any other relief. I was then called on Letting me know they had gotten the parts and my car was done that same afternoon. In the shop for a month and worked on for less than half a day. This does not seem appropriate. I haven’t posted any reviews at this time but am definitely tempted. This seems something that needs some work. More
