Oil change was a 1/2 quart low, still smells of burnt oil ( probably a spill ). I was under the impression that the multi point inspection would inflate all tires to proper PSI, it was not. I was happy until I got about a mile away and heard a terrifying sound. I had to pull on to the shoulder halfway up HWY 410 in the pouring rain. 2 things I need to note here. 1. my hood wasn't latched wh terrifying sound. I had to pull on to the shoulder halfway up HWY 410 in the pouring rain. 2 things I need to note here. 1. my hood wasn't latched when I got in my car after the service. 2. They neglected to secure my skid plate after my oil change. It dropped down while I was driving! They did send technicians to fix it, but didn't offer anything other than an apology. Side note, this was my birthday, and I almost got hit by a car trying to get to the side of the road. I was starting to have an anxiety attack from this, and I told them all of this. I would have at least expected a refund, or free oil change offered... something for sending me out onto the road in an unsafe vehicle! I will likely never go back. Sadly this is where I bought my car, and it's close to home. None the less, I don't feel safe taking my car there anymore. More
