I have a fleet vehicle and normally dread going in for an oil change because the amount of paperwork that needs to be done. My experience here was wonderful it all happened in a timely and professional manne oil change because the amount of paperwork that needs to be done. Service writer Scott did not contact me. I waited 2.5 days and called to get an update. They did not prioritize my troubleshooting and instead did the recalls first. When I picked up the van the TPMS lig days and called to get an update. They did not prioritize my troubleshooting and instead did the recalls first. When I picked up the van the TPMS light was still on, telling me they did not check tire pressure when doing the servicing checklist. I had to wait while they serviced tires and cleared codes. The TPMS light was one of the things I asked Scott to look at when I dropped the van off. All of the items on the inspection checklist were marked green despite a huge crack in my windshield. I knew about the crack, but clearly they are pencil wiping the inspection and I can’t be sure my vehicle was even looked at or serviced correctly. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. It’s become the norm with Ford dealers but I don’t treat my customers this way, so I am not ok being treated this way as a customer. Do better. More

Extremely poor communication. Had to repeatedly call for updates. Would state he would call back and wouldn’t. Felt like if I didn’t call would be forgotten. Needed vehicle for work. updates. I came in for my regular 5k oil change, and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I sat outside rather than the indoor waiting room. Cameron walked over to to where I was and informed me of a few th care of quickly and efficiently. I sat outside rather than the indoor waiting room. Cameron walked over to to where I was and informed me of a few things that needed attention, aside from the oil change, engine and cabin air filters, and a broken headlight. He explained the rotors and brake pads that needed replaced and was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I let him know that I didn’t have time to deal with those few issues, but he would email me the list of things that needed to be taken care of soon, and explained the loaner vehicle, etc….. I was very content with his service, and will communicate directly to him when I’m ready to leave my vehicle with you guys for a few days. Overall, there was no issues, or questions that he wasn’t able to address. 10/10 for me. More
