The technician did not do their job. I am almost certain that i paid for a service that was not complete. There was no inspection report card. At one point my customer service rep even said they didn’t pul that i paid for a service that was not complete. There was no inspection report card. At one point my customer service rep even said they didn’t pull the tires for rotation, then she corrected herself. There we no measurements, just a general thumbs up, everything looked good. My last trip I was warned that my rear brakes were starting to wear down, so I was genuinely interested in their current condition. More

We made the initial appointment about 5 weeks ago. After a diagnosis of our vehicle it was discovered that the compressor for the Air Conditioner was faulty but the dealership did not have this item. We we a diagnosis of our vehicle it was discovered that the compressor for the Air Conditioner was faulty but the dealership did not have this item. We were told it would take 2 - 2 1/2 weeks for the part to arrive. The Service Technician (Scott) suggested they keep our vehicle until the part arrived. Nothing was said about a loaner vehicle or customer curtesy vehicle. Since we needed the vehicle for our transportation needs we declined having the dealership keeping the vehicle. About 2 1/2 weeks later, the dealership received our part and contacted us. To our surprise, we had to make a new appointment and wait another 2 1/2 weeks to get the part installed. We were very surprised that the Service Technician didn’t make an appointment after immediately ordering the part since he knew we had to return for repairs. Instead, we had to wait again. This is not satisfactory especially when a local radio advertisement states about the excellent service. Very sorry but this could have been handled in a better manor. Additionally, after I waited about 7 hours at the Dealership, the Service Technician (Scott) never did come and reported that my vehicle was finished. He had another person do that. We will find it very hard to return to this dealership in the future with this type of action and total unprofessionalism. More
