Sunset Ford - Service Center

This was the 3rd time I brought my car in for the same issue. It is not fixed. Highly disappointed with Ford quality. Service was great, though you let me drive away with my hood unlatched. I didn’t catch that until I got on the highway. Disappointing to hear that my brakes were beyond needing replacement. This is our only location for service… why not say something sooner?
