Had an appointment for 7:45am. Didn't get the truck until after 4pm. Charged $18 to spray cleaner on the mass air sensor. Very poor. They had my vehicle in for repairs and oil change and they didn't even notice the serpentine belt was shredded. I ended up having to have it towed right after bringing it home.
