You can auto wrap "reliable" on a car with no gas and it still won't get you where you need to go. More
Their communication to us as customers was very poor. We had to call them to find out the status of our repair, instead of the other way around. They need to be honest with us. This dealer is very unsafe. The person waiting needed a lesson on proper mask wearing. In the waiting area my wife and me were the only ones wearing a face mask. The entire sales area was mask less. Total failure. Lack of communication, as multiple messages left were not returned. I had to drive to the dealership to get status. The service center said they were held for parts, but when I asked w messages left were not returned. I had to drive to the dealership to get status. Upon arriving I discovered the truck was in the parking lot not being worked due to lack of knowledge on these in-stock parts and because a technician was out. All of this after 10 days in service and after waiting 3 weeks for my scheduled appointment. This jeopardized a planned family vacation over the weekend. When requested, I was told there were no courtesy vehicles available and I was told if I took the truck off the lot even for only a long weekend, I would "go to the end of the line" and not get service until Sep 23d due to policy. I remarked that I have been a good customer and had been very patient, but this further delay / policy was absurd. I then terminated the service work and left with the truck. I have previously recommended Sunset to my childrens' families but will not again until this incident is resolved. More

Sunset Ford does quality work. My last visit I had a long list of issues I wanted addressed. They had my truck for a day and a half and managed to get to all of my concerns except one. I asked about the front end vibrating and had it been addressed. But the response was, it did not get on their list of items to be looked at. I did not press the issue, but I now have to take the truck somewhere where they are not too busy to miss the items that I ask to be looked at. More
I brought my Escape in for the oil change. I also had a problem in the past with the Wrench showing up on display screen. I have mentioned it to the service manager, but they had no one available to diag problem in the past with the Wrench showing up on display screen.
