Worst service department yet! Had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil change. Made the earliest I could schedule (8:30). Tried to call numerous times between 2:30 and 3 P.M. but no answer. Left a call back number. Waited 30 minutes and no call back. Finally had my wife drive me to the dealership to check on the status. The service adviser told me that there were 2 vehicles ahead of mine. What is the point of making an 8:30 appointment 3 weeks in advance just to find out my car has been sitting for over 6 hours without being addressed. Sadly I have purchased all but one of my new cars from Sunset over the past 30 years and up until now have been pleased with the dealership. This experience has left me soured on Sunset Ford! More
