Sunset Ford - Service Center

My first experience at this dealership was fantastic. I had called a couple other Ford dealers to try and schedule a recall service and they were scheduling over a month out, but I needed it done quickly I had called a couple other Ford dealers to try and schedule a recall service and they were scheduling over a month out, but I needed it done quickly for a last minute long trip. They were able to work my vehicle in for a recall service and preventive maintenance and I expected to leave it for at least a couple of days, but they got it done same day! Leah was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will never go anywhere else! More

Terrible communication, expected me to not mind leaving my vehicle for days, before it was even diagnosed when they couldn't even estimate when they would get to it. They are very slow at getting you in for service. I brought up an issue that is a warranty issue and was told to bring it back in two weeks. They said they need it for a week to diagnose the issue an I brought up an issue that is a warranty issue and was told to bring it back in two weeks.
