We were working on settling us an estate and needed to sell two vehicles. Brad came to the house, picked up one of the vehicles and took it to the dealership. My first experience at this dealership was fantastic. I had called a couple other Ford dealers to try and schedule a recall service and they were scheduling over a month out, but I needed it done quickly I had called a couple other Ford dealers to try and schedule a recall service and they were scheduling over a month out, but I needed it done quickly for a last minute long trip. They were able to work my vehicle in for a recall service and preventive maintenance and I expected to leave it for at least a couple of days, but they got it done same day!
