I had my first Ford vehicle serviced at this place over 10 years ago, and the service was excellent. So, I decided to bring it back for a faulty headlight replacement/repair on 2.12.24. It seemed like a simple fix, but as of now, I still don't have my car back. During the first week, the technician was out sick, and the following week they needed to run diagnostics and troubleshoot. I informed the service person, Mike, that I needed my vehicle back by 2.26.24 due to prior commitments. I even told him that if he wasn't 100% sure that the vehicle would be ready by then, I would gladly pay for the part and come back at a later time as the car was needed for transportation. Mike assured me that he would work on it. However, it's now 2.27.24, and Mike is not returning my phone calls even though he has my car. I am disappointed, and to be honest, a little embarrassed. The place is good for oil changes like the review says, but I wouldn't recommend getting trapped like I did. Update: After Mike at Sunset called me back, he agreed to return my car to me. We scheduled the repair to be done a week later. When the day arrived for the repair to be completed, he gave me a rental car to use while mine was being worked on. They replaced the wire harness and fixed the recall issue. I got my car back on the same day. In the end, Mike made the situation right, and I am grateful for his help. More

We were working on settling us an estate and needed to sell two vehicles. Brad came to the house, picked up one of the vehicles and took it to the dealership. They ended up purchasing both vehicles and Brad made the process so easy and smooth and done in a week! Could not have asked for better service or nicer staff than the people at Sunset. More

My first experience at this dealership was fantastic. I had called a couple other Ford dealers to try and schedule a recall service and they were scheduling over a month out, but I needed it done quickly I had called a couple other Ford dealers to try and schedule a recall service and they were scheduling over a month out, but I needed it done quickly for a last minute long trip. They were able to work my vehicle in for a recall service and preventive maintenance and I expected to leave it for at least a couple of days, but they got it done same day! Leah was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I will never go anywhere else! More
