Normally no problems. Next morning and then evening my car had all kinds lights going off after I had my oil changed the day before and balanced tires. Had appointment for a Tuesday and due to circumstances had to drop vehicle off late Monday morning. My transmission was completely replaced under the power train warranty. We took it to Florida and drove three thousand plus miles and it did great!!! I was so thankful that Sunset Ford Service Center provided a shuttle to take me home and then pick me up once my car was completed. It would benefit both the dealership and customers if an appointment could be made for all visits to the dealership. Our last visit was for a driver’s seatbelt issue and tire mobility kit. We had to bring car in and let it stay for unknown number of days. This is inconvenient for customers plus the dealership has cars just sitting on their lot which gives thieves opportunity to steal or damage customers cars. I had to find my own way home that evening. Also the new tire mobility kit was just layer in trunk and not stored in its proper location. More
