Service writer Bret was very thorough and a good communicator. Car was fixed right and runs perfectly. When the car was dropped off the service, writer walked around the car to look for any existing communicator. Car was fixed right and runs perfectly. When the car was dropped off the service, writer walked around the car to look for any existing damage, which there was none. When I went to pick the car up. There was a dent on the hood that was not there before the car was dropped off. I went back in to the service department to report it and everyone had already went home. I called the next day and left a message and no one returned the call to follow up. I guess I will have the dent fixed myself. Not happy with the outcome. More
