Rather than get every dollar out of us that he could, he opted to give us excellent customer service that will ensure that we will be return customers of Sunset Ford's for a very long time. Excellent Service Department Tech. George M noticed leak by transmission during oil change on 2016 Escape and made Brett Mathis aware of this and had me schedule appointment. to Tech. George M noticed leak by transmission during oil change on 2016 Escape and made Brett Mathis aware of this and had me schedule appointment. to get this taken care of. Brett left message that minor leak was due to trans drain plug not completely sealed from factory, fluid level was fine. 35 yrs. and counting using Sunset Ford.
