Honestly I would rather hit myself in the thumb with a hammer than buy another Ford. Transmission went out TWICE, and now my engine block was warped. And I had to pay for the rental? Mike was excellent as far as taking care of the Customer! He answered all my questions and called me back when my truck was done. Two days before a scheduled Service appointment I considered purchasing a new 2020 Explorer. Bin Hu was very knowledgeable about the car and worked to put a deal together. I appreciated the email confirmation of my appointment after it was scheduled and the reminder phone call the day before. Service Advisor Mike Wilhite was knowledgeable regarding what I should expect regarding the scope, time and cost of the repairs. Further, make made sure I had either a rental car or a shuttle ride somewhere. The repairs took 2 1/2 days and Mike was diligent in calling with status updates.
