Service met my expectations. Simple safety and emissions test. Would have gotten an oil change, but couldn’t get it scheduled. No complaints regarding my service. Mike Konersmann was super helpful in setting up my service appointment. The mechanics did a great job, I got an oil change and alignment check. I really appreciated the car wash voucher included with service appointment. The mechanics did a great job, I got an oil change and alignment check. I really appreciated the car wash voucher included with the visit as I was long over due for one. The color coded list of what was checked on my visit was also helpful and made it easy to understand when I’ll likely need to come in for my next service visit. My visit was to have a key made when I arrived the service advisor Brett Mathis informed me that the keys were $25 and if there would be a charge of 5750 for programming but I need it all the keys so service advisor Brett Mathis informed me that the keys were $25 and if there would be a charge of 5750 for programming but I need it all the keys so I’d have to come back the next day arrive the next day Brett remembered me and he took care of me come to find out the key could be programmed from the car in doing so I didn’t have to pay the 5750 They could’ve charged me and I wouldn’t known the difference More
