Very very disappointed. New Explorer burned up the transmission and Ford is refusing to install a new one and wants to put in a used one. This is a NEW SUV. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from my service manager Bob Edward's. He told me he would get my car in asap to find out what was wrong. He kept me posted on what was happening and gave me the news that the engine in my 2018 Escape would need to be replaced and was covered under warranty. After parts ordered and a few days later our car was ready. Thanks to everyone who got involved with the repairs. Everything was great and running tip top. More
I will never buy another car from you. My experience was one you cannot make up. I called to set up an appointment. They told me to come in and drop the car off. I then was called to say they wouldn’t get t one you cannot make up. I called to set up an appointment. They told me to come in and drop the car off. I then was called to say they wouldn’t get to my car for over a month after dropping it off. When I said this was unacceptable, they said they would try to look at it. Moments later, they called back to say the black smoke that barrels out of my car each time I start it is a unique characteristic. I find this difficult to believe. When questioned, I received rude and short responses. My car is under warranty, and I feel they don’t want to fix it. All mechanics I’ve spoken to said this isn’t normal. When I was sold the car, no one mentioned this unique characteristic that could now hurt the resell of my car. More
