me experience was unpleasant, the customer service is terrible , there is no clear way to check in and the staff doesn’t acknowledge you upon arrival not a head lift or eye contact to say we will be with terrible , there is no clear way to check in and the staff doesn’t acknowledge you upon arrival not a head lift or eye contact to say we will be with in a moment , one person sat on the phone continually making calls while i was waiting and the person helping a customer never said anything to her to address me and when someone finally did she oh i didn’t see when in fact she kept avoiding me and was well aware of me someone finally came from the back so i could get my vehicle she also said have you ever tried our delivery service i stated on drop off i was told it would be brought to me but it was not she said she was unaware but looking at my paperwork it clearly stated where to bring the car i was not given the usual free car wash i also asked am i doing something wrong is there a different check in service she said no basically you just stand and wait for next available have you been waiting long she said yes 15 mins of people looking and not offering this was the same as my arrival when dropping of my car even though i was told to schedule an apt i was told to wait first come first serve i stated what was the point of an appointment a worker from the garage overheard and came to help and took my keys i’m pretty sure he worked in the garage this is always a constant battle anytime i have my car serviced the customer service is poor they don’t acknowledge you they seem inconvenienced by your presence and there is no sign to instruct on what to do where to stand etc and they will not even say good morning some will be with you etc More
