Oil changes for life You win I won’t be back. I have attempted 4 oil changes and have only been able to receive 2 due to scheduling. The last one took over 8 hours even t You win I won’t be back. You will not schedule a time just the day. I will pay for oil changes and other services but not at Sunset dealerships to maintain my warranty. You are right not all Ford dealerships are the same. I have a Mustang Super Snake that has some unique issues. Have been in several times to try and correct a problem with my 750 HP high performance Mustang car. The service department manager is very patient and working to resolve my problems with Shelby. I am at my wits end with getting the problem fixed but I respect what Sunset Ford has done so far. It may be that I have a Lemon and ultimately will need to return the car but that would not be the fault of Sunset Ford. Considering I paid over a 100k for this new car I am not happy I’m having these issues. More
