Warranty Issue I brought my car in for a warranty issue and the dealer would not run it through as a warranty claim. The finance guy pressured me in buying warranty worthy over 8k. why would I want warranty on a brand new truck which already has 3 years or 36k mile warranty from ford? He could not take NO for an answer and to make the matter worse he was not transparent about the whole amount just showed me how it will change my monthly payment. He also tried to make me switch from my bank to a different co op which was unethical to me. So do not be fooled by the lifetime warranty at sunset ford it is just a way to bring you in for a sale. DO NOT BUY ecoflex or compass protection plan you will be stuck with product that you do not need. Very bad experience. More
