I was happy until I got about a mile away and heard a terrifying sound. I had to pull on to the shoulder halfway up HWY 410 in the pouring rain. 2 things I need to note here. 1. my hood wasn't latched wh terrifying sound. I had to pull on to the shoulder halfway up HWY 410 in the pouring rain. 2 things I need to note here. 1. my hood wasn't latched when I got in my car after the service. 2. They neglected to secure my skid plate after my oil change. It dropped down while I was driving! They did send technicians to fix it, but didn't offer anything other than an apology. Side note, this was my birthday, and I almost got hit by a car trying to get to the side of the road. I was starting to have an anxiety attack from this, and I told them all of this. I would have at least expected a refund, or free oil change offered... something for sending me out onto the road in an unsafe vehicle! I will likely never go back. Sadly this is where I bought my car, and it's close to home. None the less, I don't feel safe taking my car there anymore. More

All in all the buying process was pretty easy. Even though I had an appointment to pick up the car it was a little unorganized. Also the car didn’t come with a lot of the accessories that should of be though I had an appointment to pick up the car it was a little unorganized. Got a 50 thousand mile service done which includes bleeding and checking brake fluid. When the service department did this service they got brake fluid all over my after market rims and did not clean bleeding and checking brake fluid.
