Don’t ever take yr car there for service. Unfriendly counter people I went to pickup truck. I paid that tossed keys to me on counter gave me invoice and didn’t even go over what they did went to start t counter people I went to pickup truck. Bitter sweet. Friendly and kind when purchasing a vehicle however, have since had issues. Bought my vehicle with just under 5k, following week my car was in the service center for a sensor that was un calibr however, have since had issues. Bought my vehicle with just under 5k, following week my car was in the service center for a sensor that was un calibrated as well as feel of vibration in the wheel when at high speeds and breaking. Was put in a loaner vehicle for two weeks and was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle and they did not feel the vibration. Over the last couple months the vibration worsened so I took it directly to Acura and it turns out I was right. Two warped rotors! leaving me to pay for all four rotors to be resurfaced and an alignment. Also, ive asked ford multiple times to contact the previous owner of my vehicle for the original key to my car because I was only given one (driver 2 key) and they continue to ignore me about the issue, both service and sales department. I bought a $40k car through them, the least they could do was make sure i have a second key like EVERY new vehicle comes with. So instead I'll have to pay $460+ tax through acura. I won't be purchasing another vehicle through this dealership, nor will I refer anyone to them. More
