Oil change was a 1/2 quart low, still smells of burnt oil ( probably a spill ). I was under the impression that the multi point inspection would inflate all tires to proper PSI, it was not. You get what you ( probably a spill ). I was under the impression that the multi point inspection would inflate all tires to proper PSI, it was not. You get what you pay for with a free oil change I guess. More
Absolutely a great positive dealership all our questions were answered plus we ended up getting a warrantee because the vehicle that we bought had 57,000 miles on it and we ended up getting a great warrant were answered plus we ended up getting a warrantee because the vehicle that we bought had 57,000 miles on it and we ended up getting a great warranty bumper-to-bumper and the most important we ended up getting a lifetime warranty for the engine and transmission and labor More
The sales experience with Joey and Sunset Ford managers was by far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with vehicles. It is what happened afterward. I have had to bring my truck in 2 times b was by far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with vehicles. It is what happened afterward. I have had to bring my truck in 2 times before making my first payment. First time was because there was a hole in the coolant reservoir that was overlooked by mechanics that caused my truck to overheat within 20 minutes of me having possession of it the first time. The second time was due to poor business done by a third party auto glass company that caused permanent water damage. The sales department is the heart of the company whereas the third party vendors and the mechanics are the backbone. Having permanent water damage done to a newly purchased vehicle does not qualify for a vehicle to be “professionally” cleaned. It requires to be dried out properly, reupholstered, and as a last resort make different arrangements with the customer. Water damage doesn’t go away with professional cleaning. I am very dissatisfied with how a major issue was handled. I have now lost, at a minimum, $2000 if I want to resell the truck later on. More
Pleasantly surprised I wasn't swarmed by salespeople. The staff were pleasant and all seemed eager to help. The general manager was genuine with me and my son and Renzo was very accommodating. staff were pleasant and all seemed eager to help. I was happy until I got about a mile away and heard a terrifying sound. I had to pull on to the shoulder halfway up HWY 410 in the pouring rain. 2 things I need to note here. 1. my hood wasn't latched wh terrifying sound. I had to pull on to the shoulder halfway up HWY 410 in the pouring rain. 2 things I need to note here. 1. my hood wasn't latched when I got in my car after the service. 2. They neglected to secure my skid plate after my oil change. It dropped down while I was driving! They did send technicians to fix it, but didn't offer anything other than an apology. Side note, this was my birthday, and I almost got hit by a car trying to get to the side of the road. I was starting to have an anxiety attack from this, and I told them all of this. I would have at least expected a refund, or free oil change offered... something for sending me out onto the road in an unsafe vehicle! I will likely never go back. Sadly this is where I bought my car, and it's close to home. None the less, I don't feel safe taking my car there anymore. More
