Very pleasant experience. Made me a good offer on my trade in. Didnt take long from start to finish, they weren't pushy. Highly recommended Sunset Ford. trade in. Didnt take long from start to finish, they weren't pushy. Highly recommended Sunset Ford. More
Great job Jr. and crew! I love my car. No problems with long distance discussions, final test drive appt and no surprises...they even sent back an heirloom blanket left in our trade-in by mistake! ~Dan long distance discussions, final test drive appt and no surprises...they even sent back an heirloom blanket left in our trade-in by mistake! ~Dan More
Worked a distance deal mostly via text and phone calls on a vehicle, finally agreed on a price as well as an option that was to be ordered and installed by the dealer. This was discussed and agreed on severa a vehicle, finally agreed on a price as well as an option that was to be ordered and installed by the dealer. This was discussed and agreed on several days before I was to make the 5+ hour drive to purchase the vehicle. On the day I’m driving up to buy the vehicle, 3 hours into the drive is when I get the news that they can’t keep to the original agreed upon terms of our deal, the parts department was blamed for dropping the ball, stating that the parts weren’t available for that that particular VIN and trim. (The part in question is not trim or VIN specific I later found out). They offered $200 off the price of the vehicle for the inconvenience, and after some back and forth we decided to purchase it anyway, however upset at the turn of events. The salesman I dealt with was apologetic about the situation and did his best to move things along. Finance department was great too, other than being charged $50 for a 2 day temp permit for WA state (I looked this up later, it’s nowhere close to that expensive). So the $200 off was recovered by the dealer with that fee plus the ludicrous $150 document fees they charge. I will say it’s nice that they include additional warranty coverage and lifetime oil changes with all vehicles purchased, however living over 5 hours away, I doubt I’ll ever take advantage of the free oil change. The part that was the most infuriating however was that after spending nearly $60k on a vehicle, they didn’t fill the tank up. It was slightly below half a tank. Only a full tank with a new vehicle purchase, even though this certified 2019 vehicle cost more than a good deal of new vehicles on the lot. That meant I got to enjoy making a gas stop on my way home after an 11 hour day on the road. Neat. More

Aron was the type of salesperson I like working with. He was there to answer our questions, gave us our space and time to look and talk, asked questions to better understand what we were looking for and wha was there to answer our questions, gave us our space and time to look and talk, asked questions to better understand what we were looking for and what was important to us, and made suggestions. He did all this without being pushy or seem like he had to make the sale. We ended up buying something completely different than what we came in looking at. If he didn’t know an answer, he wouldn’t make something up, but rather he found the correct answer. Lastly, he communicated with us well. I will definitely be recommending him specifically to those I know who are in the market for a Ford. More
