Sunset seemed like they were disgusted and annoyed to work with us. They continuously told us they were losing money on the deal. No one ever congratulated us or expressed their joy for us joining the “S work with us. They continuously told us they were losing money on the deal. No one ever congratulated us or expressed their joy for us joining the “Sunset Ford family”. We were pawned off onto other team members without notice. Overall one of the poorest car buying experiences of our life. We hope that our experience thus far is contained to the sales staff at Sunset. Despite our experience, we plan to give Sunset a second chance by bringing the vehicle in for routine maintenance and oil changes. Hoping 2nd chances pay off and that the maintenance department is more professional. More
