I have bought plenty of cars and truck in my life from dealers and have worked for dealers in service and in sales for many years. This is the first truck I have ever bought where the oil wasn't changed b dealers and have worked for dealers in service and in sales for many years. This is the first truck I have ever bought where the oil wasn't changed before the vehicle hit the car lot for sale. Also the first one I have seen that was not delivered with a full tank of fuel. The truck had been on the lot for 133 days, plenty of time to make sure the oil was changed. When I got the truck home the oil was dirty and a little low to my surprise. Little things like that are obvious problems with the used car department managers. I would recommend the salesman Doug Hill (great guy) but not the Sunset Ford. Also I didn't receive all the warranty documents I had signed. Not a big deal, that was corrected quickly with a phone call and an email. More

When I picked up my truck, John was not there and I dealt with another salesman who wasn't sure what truck I was picking up. I was supposed to get a tank of gas, but when I was almost home my gas gauge said with another salesman who wasn't sure what truck I was picking up.
